Infobarrel's interface sucks
60A message to Infobarrel
I joined Infobarrel on the recommendation of a friend as an alternative site to Hubpages for making money through Google Adsense and for building backlinks to my websites.
The percentage payout is higher with Infobarrel than Hubpages. All articles (at least your first 10) are manually approved by human editors. This gives the site somewhat more authority in the eyes of Google, at least that is what I have read so far.
It is more difficult to make attractive pages with Infobarrel - Hubpages is much better in this regard. Hubpages has better layouts and multi-media options.
Hubpages are published automatically. Infobarrels have to initially be approved by human editors, which is fine for me, but when I write an article and hit the publish button, I am never sure if the article has hit the moderation queue or not. Fortunately I wrote the articles and saved them on my computer before pasting them into Infobarrel.
The interface seems a little "flakey" to me, so I would recommend writing your articles using your favourite word processor and saving them to your computer.
One of the main features I enjoy about writing for Hubpages, is the huge community that is available to writers and the ease it is to connect with other people. While Infobarrel does have some features to add people as friends, the interface is not so logical and easy to navigate.
Using the site Infobarrel, made me realize how easy to use and logical the interface of Hubpages is.

This is true that the writing interface at Infobarrel is not so good compared to other sites. I hope that it will improve since the Admin listens to comments in order to improve the site. If Infobarrel would the "Beta" type of publishing too then they would possibly do better.

LOL - yes I agree the hubpage interface is so easy to use - but you can use html with Infobarrel - not that I've bothered to be honest - I think of it more like an ezine article than a hubpage
